I heard there was a spacer that can be put a 3mm shaft to fit a 5mm mod1 gear. Is this a good idea and are they available.

Been using one on a castle motor in my brothers slash with no problems.ni think it is a Robinson racing one that we got from amain

I got one of the Robinson Racing ones off of eBay. Its fine to use one just make sure your pinion/spur gear ratio is fairly close to what it was using the other pitch gears.

Ill be putting it in a losi scte its a mod1, going to pit a castle 1406 4600 in it.
