I have been using the crappy el-cheapo cooling fans..and they are so-so, but time to upgrade, who makes the best??. It seems the bolt pattern is the same.

Rocket RC /Surpass Hobbies I heard are really good fans.
In my race buggies I used to run ProTek but now essentially run the same protek fan but just with my local hobby shop name on it I got from them.
Also ran Yeah Racing and Wild Turbo Fans with no issues.
Most powerful, not sure but I had a YR 25mm plastic fan I got used with my 22 5.0 build and it was crazy loud lol, not sure what the rpm rating was on it tho.

Fastest not important, just want CFM and reliability.

I have a redcat pro i built from scratch that I installed a surpass fan on after thermal shutdown several times. In three years it’s never hit thermal point again. I’ll run two-three packs back to back sometimes.

I've been using Rocket RC / ProTek fans on my basher rigs. They've been good. Are they the most powerful? No, but they are far superior than the stock RTR fans.

I also vote Rocket aluminium bodied fans (use em on my ESCs, haven't broken one).
For motors, server fans like Warby got up there; not as tough but cheap, and they move some serious amounts of air. I ran a short course on 3s without an ESC fan. The motor fan was enough to cool the whole chassis.
