For me....I think it was when I was around 8 years old. I was walking along the bumper of my dads car when I slipped and landed on my right rib on top of a vise. The vise was open and I sorta got wedged in between the claws. $#%^&*@!!!

I've endured all kinds of pain the one that sticks out the most however was back with I was much younger and back in the days where coke came in bottles and not cans. Anyways some how or another two coke bottles got busted up on the ground near our swing set. My mom, brother, and myself was playing tag and I was barefooted. Yes I ran across the two broken bottles that was in a piled up near the swing set.

Geez, that's a tough one! I've had more broken bones than Eviel Kneviel (I think) but the most painful would have to be about two years ago when I wrecked my Harley.

I got loose in some road grit (salt from the winter) and clipped a curb. My right foot got wrapped around the right footboard, then the rear end came out from underneath me and down I went on the right side. Broke my ankle in three places and did a bunch of ligament and tendon damage. Also game myself a 14 stitch gash on my shin.

Not quite kidney stones (never had 'em, but had a buddy that did and he described them in painful detail) but it hurt quite a bit all the same!

Hands down, dental surgeries. And the recovery. Try going without food for a week - best diet there is, but it hurts more than anything else.

Another was when I was about 10 years old. Fell off the roof, and hit my kneecap on the edge of a week old concrete slab. Tore up the ligaments. I still limp because of this from time to time.

Yet another was a mountain biking wreck when I was 17. Going down hill, the rear brakes failed, so I put my shoe on the tire. At the bottom of the hill, a ditch. Well, you can picture the carnage. I fell forward, hitting my hip on the frame (denting it down about an inch), rolled, and landed on my back, skidding on gravel for about 10 feet.

I walked home from that one, but the next day, I hurt like mad. The damage? Back all shredded, and a bruised pelvis. I was wearing my Queensryche cap backwards, or I would have had a torn up neck to match.

All those were topped by being stabbed by a psychotic ex. With a butterknife. In the leg.

KIDNEY STONES!
Talk to any medical professional and they will tell you there is no equal to the pain endured by us who are unfortunate enough to get them.

The last time I had one, I was on my way back from the ECB2 @ 30,000 feet. The pilot locked me in the first class bathroom and gave me a gallon of water and and 2 FU&%EN Motren.

Hurt my back a few years ago couldn't move at all, little movments killed me for a few days. But I am going in to get my Wisdom Teeth taken out in a few weeks, I have a Consult in about a half hour.

The best part the surgeon who runs the place is Dr. Slaughter, and the surgoen who will take my teeth out is Dr. Savage.

So that may be the worst pain yet. I will see

Mine was definitally my appendix incident. The day it happened, at about 1:00pm I was in a lacrosse game and got jammed in the stomach with the head of the lax stick by some kid on the other team.

It didnt hurt at all, but at about 10:00, i started to get a stomach ache. By 11:00 it was getting worse. I tried to take some alkaseltzer (sp?) but it made me nauscious. I went to bed, but at 12:30-1:30 i woke up throwing up about 7 times. Imagine the worst possible stomach ache you can imagine and that was it, for 5 hours straight .

1989 I wrecked my Yamaha FZR 1000.
Same as Monkey Wrenches situation, only it was fuel on the road.
I came around a sharp turn, dumped the bike, slid down the road with the bike laying on me, and hit a construction hole and the curb, ripping off my left foot above my ankle.
Reattachment surgery and 6 months of physical therapy later, I can walk.
Also broken in the crash:
right arm, right collar bone, nose, 2 ribs, 7 fingers, chipped left hip, and hundreds of stitches, not to mention all the road rash and reconstructive surgery.
Yep. I'd say that was the worst pain I'd ever been through.

In 93 got in a bad car wreck. It was 3:30 in the AM trying to get home from a bar, 5 guys in a Ford Festiva straighten an 80% curve at around 90 mph. I had some broken poop but the worst was my jaw being broken on both sides, lower left and in the joint on the right. Multiple trips to the orthodontist (all hurt like hell) and 8 weeks without solid food.

:whhooo: I think Ratzo wins so far... damn.

Damn skippy! I got lucky compared to what Ratzo went through! Hell, at least I could walk across the street for some help.

Thank GOD I had a helmet on, though! I'd probably be spooning drool or outright dead had I not had my brain bucket on!

When I was 8 I was warming up the pitcher without a mask on and took one right in the mouth. Knocked my two front upper teeth loose (barely hanging on) and I spent 3 hours in the dentist chair without any anesthetic getting them shoved back into my head. Two years later I fractured my jaw. When I was about 20 I fell out of my buddy's car at spring break and one of the girls that was with us was a nursing student and she spent about an hour and a half digging rocks out of my back. Two days later I laid down a CBR600 and she spent some more time digging rocks out of my leg and arm.

Well for me was just shattering my left foot in the head on collision I had.. But thats nothing compared to Ratzo..

OUCH..you just reminded me of getting hit in the teeth playing baseball!! My team was warming up and the guy next to me threw on and it clocked me. I was a little older than you were though so it probably didnt (feel) hurt as bad.

Oh damn... was it the little guy on the end????
Now thats pain right there..... lol

Worst pain I ever felt was a doctor in the ER scrubbing the freshly burnt/dead skin off a 3rd degree burn I received on my forearm.. I had 2 volunteer fireman put me in an arm lock so I wouldnt choke out the doc... lol The pain killers afterward were phenomenal... :)

Worst pain I have felt is probably a couple things. A few years ago I got jumped pretty bad, and ended up with a bruised and bleeding kidney. (A guy hit me in the back with a but of a gun). It was hard to stand, hard to sit up, or do any sort of movement for like a month.

I was pitching while playing amature baseball when all of a sudden my arm popped and just dangled there. I dislocated my shoulder and ripped my rotor cuff. That was some of the worse pain I felt and still hurt daily to this day.

My next worse pain is I have Rhumatism (The begging of Arthritis) in my knees, so when it rains, my knees KILL. poop hurts like no other..
