I did some searching but got only got confused. I have numerous sets of tires that fit my E-Maxx and want to run them on my Storm PRO. I know I need wheel adapters but not sure which ones. Looking for some links.

What you are trying to do is the old school truggy. With larger MT sized wheels and tires your gearing is going to be off. You can prolly get the hubs from an SUT to fit.

I tried that with my old HB lightning... It sucked. Even with a 12T bell, it wasn't enough. Also, with the chassis being so short and relatively light, the larger tires completely threw off the balance in flight. I ran it for about a tank, then gave up.

I ended up running some OFNA blazer wheels/tires.

That gave me the more ground clearance and more room around the c-hub that I was looking for. The area I had to drive my buggy had small stone gravel all over the place. About once or twice a tank, with buggy wheels/tires, a rock would get jammed between the rim and the c-hub and lock it up. That's not so bad when your just putting around, but when your running WOT and a wheel locks up, it's bad news.

I ran it for a few gallons with those wheels/tires and they held up really well.

Now that I think about it, the wheels you have are prolly a 14mm hub, you may have trouble finding a 14mm hib to fit a buggy.

K, guess I got it backwards from what I saw at some of the tracks. It was more like the MT guys running smaller buggy style wheels to race with. I just thought it might work the other way. Good point on the gearing, I didn't think about that. I guess I'll just have to get a MT to satisfy that need. Thanks for the input guys.
