On ebay (link below) someone is selling a RC10GT with a Hummer body that appears to be from a monster truck. I would really like to do this myself...but not sure exactly what I need. Do I just need really long body posts? Thanks in advance!

If you take a look at the close up body off pics, you can see that is what he did.

IMHO, it looks kind of retarded. On a roll over, you'd snap the posts anyway. Maybe if you mounted the body to where the bottom of it actually met the chassis plate.
 
yup the body would probably come clean off with a strong enough roll. or at least bend the posts up.
 
That looks realy retarded.Why would you want the body flying above the chassis?The bodie would also be riped of the posts on the first flip.
