Nice write up!

I download every movie of those things I can find. I kind of have "The grass is greener" attitude toward those. You see the thing bashing around, screaming up to top speed, jumping... just makes your mouth water!

I will be looking forward to your video's. Most of the ones I've found are from Europe somwhere and they aren't speeking english... but it's still cool to watch!

There just soo big and not nimble as the smaller nitros. , they just dont seem to handle as well. Although gass at 2 dollars a gallon is really nice compared to 20. I dont know maybe after collage, as for right now i have my eyes set on a mgt...

Collage 8 years... I guess your right, i dont want to wait that long...

Damn how did I miss this thread, thats a nice monster beetle. Wait a min that is my monster beetle........it looks so cute. PiErow you are correct they arn't as nimmble as the 1/8th buggies, I was running with a buddies ofna and he was running circles around me, so I just ran over his little buggy. We did pull them out on the road and line them up for the big race. He has a hyper 7 8port. It was pretty much an even run. I have some vid off it that I will post once I edit it. Oh and as for you olds97_lss I will get some more vid posted up for you from the weekends run with the buggy.

Here is what I'm working on. Hummer body, and I just installed air valves for the rims. Now I can change the air pressure in the tires for different conditions.

I love this thing. Easy starts,a dn great power.

It is a New Brigth 1/6 scale Hummer. They have 6 different models, and they go for around $30-50 each on e-bay.

FG Monster Beetle and monster truck

After dowloading Ryhton's vids(great show BTW)and seeing the monster truck at my local hobby shop.I am most impressed, the thing is built well, simple rear wheel drive(for now), looks it will take controlled bashing well.

I am ordering the Beetle

The thing is a real monster, like the chainsaw like grunt too :)

If you do order this you should tell the company they your purchasing from the information you read on RCNitroTalk

Damn Ramtech that is sweet, is it 1/6th scale???? give me details, I want details

I've been buying all of the cheaper 1/5 scale New Bright trucks on e-bay. I'm selling them to my good customers all over the world. They are usually around $50 with shipping, but all of the FG people have created a new market for them. They are now running around $70-90. The UK guys are paying $150 for them new in stores, so I told some of my old Maxx friends I'd get them some.

Yes, they are strong enough to take cartwheels and high speed crashes. I use mine for everything. I got my beetle body Professionally painted, so that is all I have for bashing.
