no its not some one on here, its off fleabay. my new radio the guy said hed ship it monday and give my tracknumber as soon as then. so I've been mailing him and he has not sent nothing back. and at first he mailed me back asap. so i just want to see if he cashed it, then i'll give him a call. I'm not jumping to conclusions, but just to catch it early cause his feedback wasn't that great just a real good deal.
Where is it being shipped from? First thing to keep in mind is that buying from eBay is nothing like buying off of a forum. Once your item is paid for and shipped a lot of eBayers won't bother with did you send it yet type emails or any emails once the deal is done. The post office can tell you if it has been cashed or not but you have to wait a while before they will track it. I wouldn't worry just yet

Sarasota,Fl i never got a traking number thats why I'm asking. also i thought mabye its because of the hurricane, its right by the west coast on fl.

it might take a while for it to detour. It will have to go north then head west to you. Hopefully it didn't get caught in Alabama, Mississippi or New Orleans.

well its 97.9 not bad but he's the lowest guy i bought from.

What was his total feed back? How many negs and for what? I check all this crap before I buy anything off of eBay. Sometimes there earn there negatives and sometimes they don't. I have 1 neg from a non paying bidder. He bid he won and wouldn't pay so I got a neg, now that's pissing off.

Don't know if the wife knows what she's talking about or not.... She says it cost $15 to check on one. She wasn't sure if it was a USPS one. Check the post office ya bought it from tomm.? I found where to check certified and registered mail. Can't find anything else. Did ya send it that way?

I know it costs $15 to cancel one. I sent a m.o. to Bruce and it hasnt show up (Last I heard) and its been 3 weeks. (Hes a good honest guy who I've dealt with before, so I know hes not jackin me around) So I was going to cancel it and send a new one, but it was for like $25 so paying $15 to cancel it doesn't make much sence. I dont think it cost any to see if its cashed though. Call the place ya got it from and they can track it for you. I'm not sure if theres a site though.

The post office will tell you that it can be verified to be cashed 10 days after the person cashes it. They take down the address listed on the ID presented when the MO is cashed.
The best thing you can do to track it down is to go to the office you purchased it at, and talk to the h-a-i-c. Take your reciept, as well as the 'keep this part' portion, and they should be able to tell you one way or the other.
Then, worst case, you can nail him with mail fraud, or at least use it as a levvy to get your money back.
Hope that helps... I'm currently going thru the SAME exact thing with some *explitave* out of MO that I bought a GS b01 from for $15. 60 days later, and not a peep.

MO scams are no secret.
This day and age PP is the safest way to trade over the Internet. If someone doesn't have a PP account there is most likely a reason.
Don't let a good price on something make you do stupid things.
