Hello, We are writing to update you regarding the shipment status of the item you recently purchased from us. Your package was shipped immediately after the shipping label was created. However, all packages sent out on the same day experienced unexpected shipping delays. We submitted a search request with USPS, but unfortunately they informed us yesterday that the package appears to have been lost in transit. We sincerely apologize for this situation and for the inconvenience caused. We would like to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please let us know if you would prefer: A replacement package to be shipped to you, or A full refund Whichever option you choose, we will process it as soon as possible. i asked for replacement and thanked them for fixing the issue.
a lot of companies I've dealt with have been much less quick to fix the issue
no hassling me just hey heres a problem how do you wanna deal with it.
just thought it was mighty decent of em to fix it instead of me waiting a month

My guess would be by the "all shipments that day" indicates a lost container or damaged container.

If it made it into the US maybe it was involved in a wreck? I have been watching a lot of crash videos lately (while doing other things) and I see so many where it involves shipping carriers.

You see the trailer split open with boxes exposed in the rain. That would be a total loss type situation for those customers.

I had something delayed recently, it had me thinking the worst but after 5+ days of nothing it's on the move again 😅

Regarding your Axial SCX10 III Basecamp question, you are not overlooking anything. At the moment, most of our SCX10 III products are designed mainly around the Jeep platforms. However, some parts are still compatible with the Basecamp platform — we simply have not fully updated or labeled all Basecamp compatibility yet. Certain items may not directly fit due to differences in chassis layout, bumpers, body mounts, or shock tower configurations. We do hope to expand and provide more Basecamp-specific products and compatibility information in the future, so we truly appreciate your question and feedback. for some reason when i c&p the messeges its a large darked out square,

anyhoo, club5 responded and has shipped out my links again. i asked em about the basecamp, most of their scx10iii parts are for the jlu jeep, was hopeful they had some i had just overlooked. no luck
