Moderate Gear Set

New at this as well.

When applying my breaks, should my moderate gear set stop or should it keep moving.

I am having issues breaking. Acceleration is fine, but no breaks.

Any ideas?

Well, it's nitro not electric so you need mechanical brakes.
Without starting it, work the trigger on the Tx and observe the linkage to the brakes. There is an adjustment that allows you to set the braking tension without affecting the throttle.

I have tried adjusting the break linkage without success. Still does not want to break. Would this have anything to do with the moderate gear set? I have just received my new clutch and break pads to replace. But other then that still does not break.
