Mobula 6 won’t fly

I just bought a mobula 6hd and it flew good the first day. I got it out yesterday and all it will do is spin up at motor start. As soon as I apply thrust it merely hops in a quarter circle then dies. Fresh battery, beta flight shows correct assignment of motor location, correct motor rotation and correct propeller orientation. I get lots of lift power if I hold it with my hand but if I set it down and try taking off it just hops in a quarter circle then dies. Any ideas?

Only get strong power from #4 when sitting waiting for launch.other 3 seem wimpy even if I put my finger in them. If I hold the drone firmly and hit power all 4 give power fine
