So I was browsing the Traxxas page on Wikipedia and it says that a mini 1/18 Revo is in testing. Anyone know anything about this? I know you can't believe everything you see on Wikipedia but this is too good to pass up. Traxxas's website says nothing about it, obviously.

Traxxas is real good about keeping things under wraps until its ready to be released.

Nobody saw the Slash, Slayer or even the EREVO coming.

A 1/18th Revo would be pretty sweet though.

Will this be the first 1/18th scale traxxas has made if it happens?

I think it is their first 1/18 scale RC.

Hope it turns out pretty good. I'd grab me one if the price is right.

I would buy a 1/18 Revo in a heartbeat. I've always like the design concepts of the Revo but could never justify buying one since I already have a continually hopped up Maxx. Now that I think of it... maybe I could cram an .09 engine in it? Oh wait, it's not even out yet. I'm getting ahead of myself already :)

I hope it is nitro, but even if it is electric, I'd still buy it. I hope they keep the same layout as the 1/10 Revo with that cool suspension design.

1/18th scale revo.... that would be interesting indeed. You would thing with the popularity of the CRT.5 that Traxxas would go along that route. How cool would that be?

You can bet it will be electric.

Hopefully if they do it, it will be a mini version of the EREVO. Twin batts and twin motors. Now that would be sweet.

Yeah, that be awesome. something along the lines of a mini LST in terms of cost. I would buy one in a heartbeat, no matter how many projects I already have.

I would definitely consider it if it was electric, or solar powered, or hydrogen, or powered by cow poop, so long as it wasn't nitro lmao. Rob told me this would happened and I argued him down until there was no tomorrow, and he was EXACTLY right.

Not to burst anyone's bubble but Wikipedia can be cahnged by anyone at anything they like. Meaning I could go on there right now and say traxxas is going to make a heli.

Great idea mach1, and I'll get on there and then go to all the juvenile forums out there and start spreading rumors, and have 12 year olds everywhere telling people that they work for traxxas and that it's on its way.

wow if they made a mini Revo i would def save up for that bad boy. i would expect it to be one of the best 1/18 mini MTs out there if they did. and certainly a good idea.

I'd be all over it like flies on Rolex.

I wonder if they'll keep the suspension design if Wikipedia is correct. It'll be interesting to see it in miniature.

I agree with this also. Why would that kind of info be right there on the intro?! It should be under a section called "In Production" or something.

But still, it would be pretty cool to have a mini Revo. Project anyone?
