Recently got one for my daughter - After first charge it flew fine - until I recharged it - now it does not respond - even to charging with the green light - I haven't found a support site as of yet - but it does mention something about resetting the socket (which I can't figure out) - I have tried numerous things and was wondering if anyone has a suggestion - and yes I know its junk but I was hoping for at least a few flights out of it instead of just one. :)

After looking at it again - my question is how to reset or refresh the socket - it points to something on the heli itself - but there is no reset 'switch'.

You didnt happen to change the channel when you went to charge it did you? I know there is three channels available to fly on is possible you bumped the switch when charging?

I would check the channel first. The switches are close to each other and that could be it. Does the LED on the copter flash when you turn it on? Also make sure the power is on the transmitter, too. I did read somewhere that at some point you should power up the copter without the transmitter on. I don't know exactly what that does, but they said it had something to do with improving the IR signal. I don't know about resetting the socket. Haven't heard about that yet.
On the plus side, I have one and I think it's a blast. Once you get it dialed in, you can just cruise around the house with it.
On the down side, I've heard there are a number of lemons in the mix. So if all else fails, you may have gotten a dud. And it's time to exchange it.
I'd try a couple of the basic fixes first and go from there.

It is a channel C - and AFAIK the only switch is on the transmitter. And I have that correct.

When the Copter is turned on, I remember the first time it flew that there was a flash of blue, but now there is nothing, and no green charge light from the transmitter. So I may have a lemon -

Candyman - on the right of the power switch on the copter it says Refresh the Socket with an arrow - but it points to nothing.

anyone know of a manufacturers website for troubleshooting?

Is there some kind of reset you need to do each time you turn it on such as moving the throttle stick all the way up then all the way down? I remember someone at the hobby shop talking about this the other day.

Dont know if this helps or not.

As far as the sticker on the copter goes, I think it's just a sticker. I'll look at mine when I get home to see what it looks like.
If you're not getting the flashing blue light when you turn the power on, I'm thinking there's an internal problem. If that's the case, then it's time for a new one. I would put new batteries in the transmitter and try to charge the copter once more. If it doesn't go, then it's a dud and time to swap it out.
