I have VENOM mini giant, the truck is pretty cool.I do have the competition mamba in the truck right now, i know....motor cost more than the truck. I just need to get a better radio and then i will be able to see if the giant turns into the mini stealth. :devious:

I have a Mini Giant coming from Bruce at RushRC. :breakdown

I found these suggestions on the web:

vent the wheels with a 1/16" drill bit. It'll reduce a little of the bounce and helps traction.

For good steel wheelnuts with plenty of spares... pick up a pack of ASC 25216 M3 flanged locknuts or get some at the local hardware store if they carry sizes that small.

The orange springs from the optional spring set are much better for rock crawling than the stock springs.

The wheelie bar is just about a must have if you run the 7 cell packs.

The body cuts into the antenna tube after a few rollovers. I relocated the antenna to in between the rear body mounts. You could also just oversize the antenna hole in the body and then put a piece of fuel tubing over the antenna tube to protect it.

The battery tray makes getting the gear cover off a real pain. I cut the corner off of it for clearance. It is structurally insignificant at that point and makes motor removal much easier.

check the motor screws once in a while to be sure they're tight. They do come loose.

do you have any pics of your, i don't at the moment. But hopefully will
