For clarification...
If assembled correctly, and the internal bearing bore (one towards the diff) in the spindle is ok, the axles cannot pull out
Do you remember, you had this exact same problem on the rear axle of your CEN 450? The exact same thing here prevents that rear bearing from pulling through the spindle.
Show me a pic of the parts laid out in the exact order you have them installed. Take the wheel nut off. Move it to the far right. Next put the wheel on the left of the wheel nut. Left of that, put the wheel hex/pin. Left of that should be a the stupid brake disc/caliper if you have them installed. Left of that should be a small bearing (LOSA6940). Left of that should be the spindle and king pins/screws. Left of that shoild be the bigger bearing (AXA1243). Left of that should be the front axle.
Just like your CEN450, thst inner brsring (AXA1243) Should NOT pass through the spindle. If it does, show me the inside of that spindle, looking at it from the back, with the bearing next to it.
See the red circled besring? It sets against the step in the axle. The axle cannot pull through that bearing.
See the lip in the back of this bearing bote? The bearing cannot pull through that lip.
So since the bearing cannot pull through that lip, and the axle cannot pull through the bearing, the axle cannot come out of therr unless something is wrong.
