Ok, I built this fuel cell out of styrene for my tuber, I still need to do a little paint touch up here and there but for the most part it is 99% done. Now the question, I want to mount my ESC in it, the ESC is a CC Sidewinder, and I am wondering if this will be ok or will the ESC overheat? The cover will be screwed on, the hole where the wires exit the cell will be sealed with silicone, so it will be pretty much air and water tight, with the latter being my reason for doing this.

That is such insane work Joe! Extremely nice.

You would have to put in some really long run time for it to over heat imo. I was running a 4000 2s in my blazer with my sidewinder sealed in a little container and those are some LONG run times and it never over heated.

Killer tank build NC, you never seize to amaze me bro!

Like SNG said you would have to run for a looooong time before you have a heat issue unless your over geared. I run a 400 2s pack with a Rooster on the SCX, runs well over an hour and it's only a few degrees above ambient temp.

That is a sick looking scale piece! You could almost think you were looking at the real thing if you don't know better. Kudos!

Thanks for the compliments guys, it looks even better with all the screws in the lid. I am pretty happy with how it turned out.
