lx one buggy not shifting

well i have a ultra lx one buggy with a two speed kit..i recently replaced a stripped gear in it and now its running a high rpm and whinning cause its not shifting.. i checked the set screw in the two speed and it is tight..should i loosen up the screw,,,,any suggestions welcomed

Where did you find the 2 speed kit? I haven't found it anywhere

Yeah try loosening it a bit, if its an open gearbox you should put some threadlock on the screws

You ever get your issue worked out? Did you feel the performance was worth the cost of the 2-speed kit?
