I just found out that you guys get The Outdoor Channel and it has R/C three days a week! You are so lucky!!! I'm looking into seeing if we can get it here in London,ON? We probably have to pay for it...it's probably on satellite. You guys are so.....lucky.:arrr:

In my area, Hugo, it is a premium cable channel so I pay extra for it, along with Speed.

How's the Savage break-in going? Anything break yet? That's half the fun, wrenching on these things. First time it sucks, but after that you are glad you got the chance to learn more about what makes it tick.

I responded to your servo thread. I am a little curious about something you made a remark about. I got a little confused about how you might have meant something about servo operation, so maybe you can add to it and help us all. Damn internet, nothing is easy!

Find buddy on the border and run a cable and splitter to your house cost you about 3 dollars for the splitter and about 1000 for the cable to go to ur house

My cable provider dropped Outdoor Channel shortly after I switched to cable from satellite. When I had sat, it was a pay channel. I opted for Playboy TV instead.:whip:

i dont got it in new york. if anyone in new york has it can you tell me what channel it is. please

I forgot, we do get it on the airplanes but I've seen the same RC episode like 6 times which is everytime I've been on the plane when it's been on and I was able to sit and watch it.

We have it, but what we have is the "Upgraded version". Basically about 500 more channels and the ability to click a button to get to the guide.

If I sound ungratful, I'm not, but it was a real downgrade from our satelite TV.

Anyways, it's not all that good to be American. Not so much as freedom or price or the fact that al-Quada(Is that how you spell it?) wants everyone in this country. Its the fact that we're labled as the fatest people on the planet. I'm not fat, but I'm not really skinny...sorta inbetween, "Solid" as I like to call it! :)

Haven't even broken her in! LOL

Revo, I haven't even broken her in yet! Wrong terminology!!lol It's so cold here that I didn't want to break anything that's plastic. Plus I was kinda worried that I wouldn't get to break it in properly because of the weather. I was worried tuning would be a real problem?
I'll check my other thread out. Probably my fault. :loser:

Naw, not your fault, just the damn internet making it hard to get the true meaning of what you were trying to convey.

As far breaking in, smart choice. Wait for a bit better normal weather and you will have a lot less grief later.

You can also buy the Series on Dvd is ya want. Its a pretty cool show but 90% of the times I catch it, its always about planes. Which is still cool cuz I fly a lil bit to, but Id really like to see some bashing on there! But yeah, its a premium channel here to. I think I pay $7 extra a month to have that, and they throw in the Western channel and some sirious radio channels..

Well, I opted for digital cable when I moved for 4 reasons. Speed TV. DIY. G4TV. And the Outdoor Channel. Just watched round 3 of the RC Pro series at The Dirt yesterday. Fair enough coverage I guess. Somehow someone has to figure out how to make RC racing look better on tv, though.

no thats just called clean racing lol its much more fun that way. I get the outdoor channel on sat for .99 cents a month had to add it if i wanted it but nice that the option was there for a buck i guess i will have it lol

they show something for everyone from planes to boats and cars not bad show really would like to see more racing though less talking lol

its a premium channel on directv also if i am not mistaken it is channel 607/608
but you have to buy the sport package whcih has like 20 different ESPN ,college football and all that

607 is Speed on DirecTV. I can't say what package it's in though for us since the Airborne packages are different than what you get on the ground for your home or business. I do know for a fact that 595 is Playboy TV! LOL

You're right - 595 is Playboy. I know someone who has direct tv here as well. Playboy is on all the time 05Silverado. Oh....you meant the R/C show! lol.

Now Hugo, last time I checked, Playboy was not really the mainstream channel...how do you know it is 595? J/K

Figures Jet knows. Spoiled brat, he has to suffer and watch it in a multi million dollar private jet.

Hugo, what cable companies do you have in Canada? When I was in London last year I was amazed how little channels they have and even on cable it was not much better. Talk about a filtered society, hard to believe Europe likes to lay the claim on being a more progressive society with such a restrictive flow of media.
