Double check your owner's manual for your buggy. Most better MT's and buggies come with rubber shielded bearings, such as the Revo, most OFNA's, etc.

You might already have them and not realize it.
 
yea, they are much better for maintenance.

as far as oil goes, I use high heat silicone spray.
