I was adjusting my lsn after my hsn because the acceleration was very sluggish. The problem I'm having is when leaning the lsn out it drastically changes the idle speed. I'm only turning 1/8 of a turn at a time. Now when I make it richer to the point it's not effecting the idle then I have a sluggish launch. It's almost as if there is no in between. I either have a bad idle or bad acceleration.

Any ideas?

When I am tuning the LSN I listen to the sound of the engine. First make sure the idle is at about 1mm, then watch this video

pay attention to the sound the engine makes when its too lean. its like a chainsaw or almost sounds like a machine gun. Also make sure to keep an eye on your temps. If you still cannot find a good tune, and your temps are high, or fluctuating alot, it could be something besides tuning.

Pull ur motor out, pull it apart if u can. Check the internals for scratches, scoring, burns, bearings and pistol and sleeve. Then when u put it back together seal it up with some copper gasket goo or lucky 7 and use green slime to seal the lsn and hsn. If u still have problems ur tuning It too much one way or another and by doing the above u should only have tuning problems in the near future.

I know my front bearing lost some metal out of it and put some nice marks on my crankshaft and I'm pretty sure that was giving me some lsn issues

I just pulled the tubes off the exhaust and carb, I held one shut with my thumb and blew into the other one. There is a lot of air escaping from the gas tank lid!!! Could this be the problem?

could be. take the seal out and try reverse it and put it back on. if that fixes it then awesome, otherwise new seal.
