LRP Z.21R Team Spec.2 Glow Plugs

Hi.
I'm finding it difficult to get the LRP glow plugs for this engine, is there an alternate to the LRP plugs.

What's the rating on the plug (cold, medium, hot, etc?)? Turbo or Standard. You don't have to run LRP plugs, you can run any plug in the heat range and head type you want.

They recommend a standard R5 plug..
