losi shocks

i goin to be getting a set losi crawler shocks

what size springs do i need ?I'm a noob at shocks

and also what is a good grease for ax10 axles

2.75 Losi yellers and for the axle shaft lube go with KY warming.

For the front go with the whites and for the rear go with yellows and 50wt oil in the rear shocks
