I thought I'd share a great video that I ran across showing the new Losi Rock Carvers. I want to find out if Bender is running the new stock memory foams, or hybrid foams, but you can see how well the tire sidewall is holding up while sidehilling and things like that. I can't WAIT to get my hands on a set, they really held their own in some very difficult positions in that test.

Brad made that look easy. :hehe: I met him in Kansas City, Mo he is a very good driver, I think in this video he was running the SWX chassis.

His driving ability is unbelievable, I couldn't believe some of the stuff that he made look so easy. I wonder how many total practice hours hes logged over the years. I'm really wanting badly to build an SWX rig, but I know that every noob and their moma is going to be running one and I really don't like to have the same thing at 80 percent of the guys out there lol. I'm thinking about having mine paid for ahead of time and having it shipped straight to my house as soon as my distributor gets them, and staying up and building it before it gets played out, and then selling it for an ass ripping price to one of those noob's momas we were just talking about.

Why do you run a GC-2 then ? If you want something truly different you need to try the comp chassis I have been designing for the last few months.

You know I'll take a look at anything you want me to try. The GC2 was a learning project, I don't think it's be lucky enough to see two comps before I have the Berg ready :)

I'm being told the Carvers are due to release Oct. 20th. I sure hope so, I can't wait to try a set.

THATS IT, I HAVE TO HAVE A CRAWLER!!!! SOON AS THIS BAJA IS DONE, FIRST PRIORITY!!!

Sweet Vid by the way! :)

really? good, i need a new set of tires, my claws are almost bald now lol. i really want a set of the Hot bodies and or the HPI's, wich are supposed to come out in December. but as long as these come out this month then I'm definatly gonna try and snag a set.

Yeah, The Losi drivers have had them for awhile now. They were trying to get them out the middle of last month, but had some production issues. So they held off until everything is just right. A good decision, That way we get the best they have to offer. Losi has never let me down yet, well unless I count there lastest crawler. I was really hoping it was going to be a 2.2.

Rumor is,with the response of it. We may be seeing a 2.2 in the near future. WOO-HOO!!!

yeah, i like the mini but i dont ever plan to buy one.

I like the mini and I plan to have a few of them, one crawler and one rock racer, once I get a good start on my new scaler.

I think there's definitely a 2.2 rig on the way, I just don't know when. If the Losi crawler shocks are any kind of way to tell what there crawlers going to be like, Axial better watch out. These Losi shocks are the best shocks that I've ever had on any RC, including the ones that I've spent hundreds on. From now on when building any RC, if there's a Losi shock that will fit, thats all I'm going to run. I knew they were going to be nice from what I had heard, but I never dreamed an RC shock would work this good and still be this easy to assemble or rebuild.

so is the 20th still the release date for these or does any one know? they are prolly gonna be a bish to get a hold of for a while huh?
