My dad just got the raminator 2 days ago, its a nice truck. and it comes with the losi 2.4ghz radio, with digital high torque servos, he also has a 1600mah pack for the receiver.

How long is the run time for that battery, It has died 2 times now, and we have only ran 3 tanks through the truck, is that normal?

I also used a battery pack with some normal AA's and that died after one tank.
is there a problem or another solution

If it's going dead that quick, then it's either not being charged fully, has a dead cell or you have some serious servo alignment issues that are fighting your linkage.

I have a 1400 pack on my aftershock with a high speed/torque non-digital servo for t/b and 2 590MG's for steering. I run for an entire day (8+ tanks) on a charge without the pack dumping on me. It was a cheap $20 ebay pack I bought a couple years ago.

I figured it out, its the cheap wall charger not charging it. found that out when i left it overnight and tried it and ran for about 10 seconds. and ya i think the digital servos are eating up my AA's i will check the alignment and see how that is going

thx

Wall chargers do not work well IMO. Buy a decent charger that can charge a 5 cell pack at 1 amp.
My Jammin has a total of 460 oz. of torque between the two digital servos plus an AMB transponder plugged in to the rx. My 1600 pack is good for at least 3 hours.
