So I got a used losi xxx-nt and it was running ok but randomly died. So I tore it down, put back together, adjusted all the endpoints on the radio and set the idle correctly so it didn't die when braking. Had massive airleak problems. Tore apart and sealed the backplate and exhaust. Its getting fuel but I can't get it to start even after returning to stock needle settings. I'm using a bump box to start and it just wont start. Glow plug and driver work fine. Replaced all new fuel lines and tank. Stock exhaust pipe. Just at a loss of why it wont start now after working before. Any ideas?

Running ok and random dieing is sometimes a sign of a worn out engine. Does it have good compression? Stock needle settings may be too rich, you may need to lean it down for a used engine.

Yea it seems to have decent compression. It was randomly dieing because when the brake was applied the carb closed completely.I'll lean out the lowend some and see if she'll sputter back to life.
