Anyone have experience with either of these? I'm looking for something to drift indoors for fun (inside my office at work...on my lunch break of course...) and possibly asphalt/ concrete.
I know there is one for sale on this forum but I think its a little too big for me.
Any advice would help.
Thanks

They are great little cars. The drive-train is LiPo/Brushless ready. They are both AWD and built on the same basic platform. I'd say that the Micro Rally would be the better of the for drifting.

Thats what I figured. From what I've been reading online, the only difference is all cosmetic and in theory I could have both if I bought the micro rally and then later buy a truck body, bumpers, wheels and tires, and body mounts.
Thanks for the link HPI. In all the photos I've seen previously, the rims looked boring and plain

I would go with the Micro Brushless SCT since you can easily convert it to the truggy if you wanted to do that down the road. I have a rally that I converted to brushless with the 10000KV motor and its a blast.

These all run the same basic chassis and driveline set up.

That is true but its a lot more expensive to convert a Rally to a truggy then it is convert an SCT to a truggy due to top part of the chassis.
