My Mini B is acting strange. It's maybe 3/4 power until I brake and then it's balls to the walls until I let up again, then it's about 3/4 power until I brake hard again. What's going on? Fresh batteries in rx/tx. Maybe the rx is shitting out?

How old is the brushed motor?
Did you break it in with water?
If not, could be a chipped brush intermittently losing full contact patch.

Very important to break in a brushed motor and to lubricate the brushes with comm drops to keep the brushes soft so they are less likely to chip if you wreck.

Its mad at you for not sharing the Jack Daniels 🤣

If its not the motor, it could be the ESC/RX, or sometimes when a servo starts having an issue it can cause the ESC/RX to do strange things also. Long story short, you'll have to troubleshoot the electronics one item at a time.

Went on a parts run. Almost bought a new motor. Guys told me to reverse motor direction. Works fine now. Took several tries. There was a sequence but I dont remember. This is all the rtr stuff so yall probably ain't too interested "so it seems" all good. We're good.but now I been looking at brushless....

Thats wild. I can't imagine how that would fix that issue but seems like it did. interesting.
