I just saw Skela's 8ight yesterday. It's an impressive piece of engineering.

I want one bad, or I might hold out for the 8ight-t.

I got my 8ight! It should be here in a few days. I'll post pics ASAP! I am putting in a OS .21 v-spec. Which pipe would you suggest?

Thanks

a 2050 or a 086, i have never used a jp-3, but fuel mileage is lower w/ the jp-1 and jp-2

Thanks guys! I think I am going to look at the 2050. Anybody running the v-spec in their 8ight? If so, do you have any breakin info?

Loosen the glow plug a half turn to help with the compression. As soon as the engine starts tighten the plug back up.

What servos do you recommend for the 8ight? While cost is not a problem I don't want to spend more than I need to. Just looking to do some club racing!!!

Thanks in advance

I've got a Airtronics 94358 for steering and a JR 590 for throttle. Just be sure you cut down the spring on the throttle linkage. As it is it's much too long and will over strain the servo when braking. You should be able to pull he carb slide slightly when applying brakes.

Bryson, that must be a tight as hell engine you've got in your NTC3. I can get this to turn over my brand new STS .21team, and it's as tight as a nuns nasty.
