Looking to add some performance upgrades to my 8ight after running it for several months.
Haven’t set a budget yet, so I’m open to most recommendations for anything performance wise. I have Hitec servos on it and an MT-s controller.
I want to upgrade the engine to get more speed and power, but not sure if i should just get exhaust.

List:
9886 exhaust pipe.
41032 manifold
Novarossi 28-8.
If you want extreme power check out rbmods for engine mods

Going to look into those.
I’m not finding many aluminum upgrades for this car. I may be looking at the wrong sites though. I broke a steering link and wanted to replace with some aluminum ones, but can’t find any!

Where in the world are you based?
I’ve had quite a lot of Losi parts recommended recently. I might be able to help

Hi @JP-12
I've been living on this website now for a month learning as much as I can about all the parts and spares that are available:
http://www.tlracing.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=TLR04003

There's a "PARTS LISTING" and "OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES" section (look for yellow banners with black text towards the bottom of the webpage) which are good places to search through. Also, I downloaded the manual which can really help to isolate parts.

From looking, I can't see a TLR aluminium steering link.
The part number for the steering link is LOSA6045 - https://www.amainhobbies.com/losi-hd-steering-link-set-losa6045/p30439?r=0

On the Losi website the url is: http://www.tlracing.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=TLR244055

Sorry this hasn't been the most helpful post .. I've not been able to find what you were looking for.
Rich
