Ok so i got a lot of birthday money and i a have been wanting a nitro truggy. I know the 810 is considered a buggy, but i dont mind.Is this a good beginner buggy? Could you give me any advice on what Truggy to consider, i am somewhat a noob to Rc, and i will probabily be bashing most of the time.I would like to start racing maby. I would only like to spend about 400- to 450$ on it RTR. Thanks

I am undecided between the losi 810 and the losi 22 myself. But I guess that's more of a brushless vs. nitro dispute. I currently have a nitro rustler for bashing that i picked up dirt cheap. Now on to your question. The 810 is a good beginner buggy IMO as long as you take care of your engine and tune it correctly this is a great buggy. I would suggest you made the front end lighter by getting a carbon fiber front shock tower and maybe adding some weight to the back of it because i have heard the front end tends to droop down off jumps unless you give it gas which is annoying. Other company's make great rtr's for that price range as well but I'm a losi guy so yes i suggest the losi 810 for you.

I have been using the 810 since it came out in mid november, I love it! quick, light, and handles well. I have had no problems with running against other buggies at all other than the few guys in my area the have major$$$$$$$$ in their buggies. the 810 has to be my favorite out of the buggies I have had.

Technically you could but its kinda designed for a track. You should be able to bash it like any other rc.

Hi mate. I think if you wanna bash buy a truggy. Buggys are more for racing. Dont get me wrong you can bash the hell out of them, but Truggies would be better for bashing or even a monster truck.

I have not seen much of the losi 810 but i think its great. Like all Losi cars are.

Good luck.

Thanks
