Looking for the easiest Set Up XB8 Nitro High Grip Astro

Good Afternoon RC people,

I am looking for the Holy Grail set up for my 22 XB8 Nitro for high grip Astro Track....
I am assuming most Box/Factory set ups are mainly based on Dirt racing am i correct?

Any of your racers care tro share your set up sets or advice i am a middle to lower in ability level and looking for the most neutral stable set up to allow me to improve my driving.
