Did any of these painters give you a price? Were any willing to do it for $40

Paint pens were mentioned by one firm but more of a "it *could* be done" and not a viable path to pursue.

So, it's agreed that without a mask my idea is prohibitively costly and/or time-consuming. I can get a mask made with a laser cutter I just need to locate a place that will do so for a one-off or a very small run. Any ideas in that department?
