Remote Start Jato

Still Need Some Help

you need to just mount a 7.2 battery somewhere and add a 3rd channel you can switch (not sure if the Jato radio is 2 or 3 channel. then you hook up the battery to the harness (it's not too hard to figure out how, I did it for a maxx 3 years ago in a few minutes), I do believe you'll need a hefty resistor to cut the 7.2VDC from getting to the glow plug. you should be able to get all that stuff from your start want though. then you either need to find and electronic relay you can plug into your RX or use a micro servo and have a manual switch inline with the +VDC wire from your battery going into the starter motor.....

It's really not hard to make the unit but mounting it is a PITA. and it adds the weight of the 7.2V pack.....
