What the f*** is wrong with you people?!?!?!
poop!.......I thought something was on me!
poop!!!!

I know a few people who have been bit by then damn brown recluse spiders. They took up to two years to heal from the bite of those little spiders. If you ever see one of these, make sure you kill it!

what part of the US do these suckers hang out at?

Alright its time to put this damn thread back into the vault and talk about carebares or some fruity poop like that. Bugs and insects suck ass, and they all should be killed like terrorists!

I had a nest under my house two years ago.
I seen one in my house and caught it.. I had to call in the big guns.

I just did a search and it said that they are mostly found in southern or midwestern areas.

Any spider that crosses my path will get everything thrown at it including a can of raid and it's contents. I probably have a mild form of arachnaphobia.

The Brown Recluse lives in the Midwest from the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains to the Mississippi. The farthest north they are is Nebraska, beyond that the temps are to cold for them to survive.
Ratzo, you don't need to worry about them in NY. Oh, and that Wolf Spider, they are a farmers friend out here in Colorado, and they are actually very docile, very rarely will they bite anyone.

Well then tell them to quit coming to the pacific north west lol

Sorry VB, but it say's the cold won't bother them.
We can only hope that a freeze would. It didn't say anything about a freezing cold.

Hey Diver, I almost blew up my house killing a spider with Nitro cleaner and a lighter.
Say what you want, it was worth it.
I never saw a spider and let it live!
Every spider I see dies.

Zandor, the Recluse you have out there is actually not a Brown, it's one of the 11 different types that are around the country. It's possible that you have the California Recluse there, also known as the L. deserta. LOL I need to stop doing these searches about these things!!
