No, and if anything, it will be very slight. If they are heating up, that's a bad thing and you should be concerned.
 
ok, so its oposite of a normal batery i was expecting it to be worse, because they tell you to charge it on a heat resistant pad
 
yeah lipo's are alot different in many ways than "regular" batteries. mine never get warm at all during charging. the ones I've had heat up where gonners shortly after lol.
