I have a T-maxx TRX 2.5.
I have lots of fun with the Truck, But then I seen a 4 stroke (OS FS 40-cx I think) and the engine response was totally Linear... meaning that you can use the entire throttle.
(By Linear I mean it feels like an Electric... )
With the TRX 2.5, you can only use about the top half of throttle.
Is there any other engines (2 stroke for Tmaxx) that have this type of response?
Would going to a rotary Carb give this feel?
Would a Digital Radio (with Throttle curve settings) give this Linear Feel?
Most engines I see as a direct replacement for the TRX 2.5 are Super HP engines.. they are for RPM power not Torque.
Or will I stay in 4 stroke envy?
Anyone?
