I just finished reading the rules involved at a track that has 1/8th buggy classes that is one of 4 that is within 180 miles of me, and I read something that I thought was odd.
They said in equipment rules:
Any radios operating more than two channels are not allowed(Except for in the Monster Truck Classes). More than one function is allowed per device, but a servo is limited to one output shaft. Reverse in competition is not allowed.
I am reading this as, "if you have 2 servos, each with 1 output shaft, then you are legal"
Is this correct? Or is my 3 channel Airtronics MX-3 that I just purchased illegal?
They say "operating more than 2 channels", so I should be OK operating only 2 channels, right?
A reversing transmission is what I'm assuming they are referring to as the third channel?
Sorry to ask such an ignorant question.
