Think the guys got you covered on what it is, but here's a few shots up close:

It's really a converted micro-t. Asked my wife for all the parts to convert it over Christmas. Just wish I could gear the stinking thing lower so it would run with the micro ram tires on it. I can't move the motor far enough to mesh with the spur with the smallest pinion... As is, it's too heavy and overheats if I try running the larger tires. I have the DT tires on it as it is, but run them inverted to make the stance wider.

Tore the receiver apart to put it inside the battery bay:

Then strapped 4 1000mah NiMH AAA's to the top for silly long run times:

Runs for a good portion of 30 minutes at near full tilt. Another 10 then you really notice the drop off.

I've heard that an alloy trans case with bearings on the input shaft filled with grease really drops friction... may look into getting that. Next Christmas when I'm bored.;)

It really does help with the heat. My poor B/L used to go into thermal-shutdown before installed it on mine.

With a set of big bores I can finally call the maxx finished. The revo is kinda thrown together, I'm waiting on some bits. The other revo is my "go big or go home" mobile. I finally got a photobucket so I can post 'em right.

I'm seriously considering getting rid of my LST and getting a savage

I had the same dilemma... didn't really sell my savage years ago, but more or less gave it to a friend that didn't have funds to fix his LST2. Then he felt bad and gave me a mini-lst2... which I sold for a $200. Then a year or so later, I really missed having the savage... So I got one again.

Now I have a heavily modified aftershock and savage.

To be honest, I don't drive the aftershock unless I meet up with friends, which doesn't happen anymore. It's my "holy crap that thing is fast" vehicle. Sure looks nice sitting on my shelf... I know once I get rid of it I'll regret it, as I have with a few others I've gotten rid of. Besides, if the savage is in complete disarray, I know I can bust out the aftershock to fill the need. ;)

Okay, here's my rides. (Had to wait till I took the group photo)

Hey guys, got my 4tec about ready to go, so along with the delay in finishing the project, here's the delayed pics. I went for a prepainted 67 stingray body, just becuase I like it.. next time around I will paint my own. Threw on some racing sponsor decals, I have a bad habit of doing that. I relocated the ez start plug to the rear of the car since there wasn't a better place to mount it with easy acess, and used a long screw in one side of a mount from a tmaxx so it will swing up out of the way when not in use. I also added a 6cell hump pack, a futaba radio and receiver and some hpi wheels. All in all I like the way it turned out. I can't seem to upload the pics from photobucket corectly, so here's a link to the album. http://s1026.photobucket.com/albums/y324/steelcitynitro/

Just picked up my Aftershock a few weeks ago. Haven't got a chance to break it in due to the cold weather. Here are some before and after pics after I threw on some new wheels and springs.
