Led lights for rc car / trucks!

Do you guys think i should buy this for my tmaxx 3.3 .... or is it even worth it? its $10

I'm not really sure who makes them there is no brand just kosta on the control box

I run that set up originally posted on my SCX-10/JK scaler. Here are some picks:

you can get these for $15 they have head lights,tail lights,brake lights,turn signals.

I had bought last spring a Set of Ground Effect Lights & Head & Taillights from Sunshine systems I paid $79.00 for the hole Kit & even came with a little control remote for the lights... & thay did not last long on my Losi XXX SCT... & the hardest thing to swallow is I had the Ground effects kit installed on the bottom of the chassis & I dident really do alot of Jumping or exesses stunts or anything to crazy wile the lights where installed & only lasted thru the summer & the package on the lights said thay will stand up to moderate jumps & inpact's......

do they make light covers that will go over the led to actually make it look like headlights ? I'm putting them on this body

I don't know of any covers, but I left the area clear when I painted and then used Slash light buckets glued to the inside.

i have a set on my Suburban Tmaxx lid, i dont have any covers on them, just drilled out the holes and inserted the metal light holders and put the nut on the back. the lights pop right out for cleaning.

my friend made some covers out of clear hard plastic and glued them in the light bucket
