Kyosho Inferno Neo 3.0 VE

So I bought a used Neo 3.0 from a hobby shop while visiting San Antonio in March. It's in very good condition. My Question is: are parts mostly interchangeable with the MP9? This is my first Kyosho and it seems info and parts are hart to find.
