Yeah but we are not talking about large differences in weight. But why has every strap snapped the the exact same spot. If anything I would think each strap would be different.
And also there are others running 11000 mah battlers without issues.

True but it can also be the force from landing and momentum making the packs in reality seem heavier, when they hit the strap and then making it snap.
Just my scientific reasoning here. could be totally wrong but... 🤷‍♂️ (Ooo going deep into science, @TeknoJ would love this lol)

Other than buying/upgrading to a heavier duty/thicker velcro strap, I got nothing for ya. UNLESS you use like I said in my original reply, double sided foam tape, or heavy duty velcro patches under the battery to the bottom of the battery tray so it makes that "momentum" (in the air from a jump/stunt) weight less.

So you are denying that it is not a OE (Operator Error) and not understanding the physics of battery mass compared how much a velcro strap can hold/load? Like said above in my most recent post that is the only possible logical reason I have thought about.
No it is not OE. My hpi has smaller velcro than the kraton and I jumped that Way harder without any issues. Because we have other rcs the kraton has not been jumped in extremes I have a Notorious for that. The kraton is for general bashing and minor jumps.

Then see if the Notorious battery strap fixes your issues. Not completely sure on this but IF the Noto and Kraton battery straps are the same/same part number, could just be apart of the Horizon QC and product quality issues I mentioned earlier... That's all I got for ya. there is no other fix. Unless you just get rid of your kraton since that seems like the problematic one and you're trying to blame Horizon and customs because you run physically larger batteries MAH wise and weight wise...

2 options if you're still snapping straps:

1: Go back to stock batteries (assuming if you had no issues with stock sized batteries)
2: Heavy duty/thicker velcro straps on what has been said tons of times in this thread

Yeah I understand you are only trying to help and it is appreciated.
I definitely will be upgrading the straps. Have ordered some Notorious v6 battery straps.
