Everybody, calling out to you to just say.. keep nitro vehicles popular! my Savage X with the LRP .28 was my first love for RC. Keep it going, I'm all for Electric and own 2 of them. Just saying I dont want to see nitro die.

The savage line will always exist because how it has evolved and improved over the years.
However with some people not willing to learn or adapt to a challenge is what's going to kill the nitro version. There has been a couple of threads on here covering this on great detail.

Nothing beats the exciting and fun in Nitro cars. Am still a nitro Lover.

When i was alot younger i used to be an elec man with numerous Tamiya and Mardave 1/10 build from box kits.....just getting back into rc after many years and decided nitro was the way for me to go!

elec vs nitro....its a no brainer for me!

nitro just seems that more realistic, I'm not trying to do scale modeling etc and not trying to simulate a real vehicle but with an engine, it just feels ' right '

Nitro Forever!!! I don't care if brushless is faster. I will always prefer nitro over electric. It's much more realistic and hands on. I'm a true gearhead so anything with an internal combustion engine will always get my vote.

When it comes to nitro I've always been partial to HPI. Their support is second to none, and on a nitro rig that is very important to me. For me electric and nitro both have their places. I've been out of electric for so long though. Right now I am converting a LST2 to brushless. It will be my first brushless build.

I was going to mod my XL, but I love nitro too much.

Now that I've been wrenching on a LST2, I do like their setup, and I will see soon enough if they really are tougher than the savages like many claim..

No matter what though I will never leave nitro, unless the new gas setup coming out can match or outmatch the HP and speed of nitro.

We will find out when the first 1/8th scale gas Savvy comes out. :)

It coulda been the scary driver that was to worried about crashing his princess of the bench .. Hpi is bad azz
