Gearing for now is 35/39. Running XLX2 w/1100kv Castle. Just order a ton of Vitavon parts more to come.

What kinda temps are you pulling on that 1100kv motor?

Can't say right know. Still in the box. Build not complete. From what I seen online. People are pushing 1:1, but I want a good run at 50+ on grass and dessert. Which I have near me. Still waiting on parts.

Are people pushing 1:1 gearing on that 1100kv motor? I only ask that because if someone were to make me a bet, Id bet that gearing will overheat that motor.

I can tell you that chassis plate is off the chain. I have the "Just bash it RC" chassis plate which is 5-9mm (its not a flat plate) 7075-T6 and this thing take 15ft high jumps all day long. I can tell you from experience that the stock rear camber links are a real weak point and I wouldnt buy stainless steel replacements either. Those didnt break but they bend pretty easily on me. So far I've been running these hardened aluminum 3 point links from GPM and so far I havent bent/broke them. Just a heads up.

Ohhh those are nice. I seen them but no one has reviewed them or said anything about them. So your liking them camber links. They holding up pretty good? They look sweet to. Much appreciated.

So far these are holding up but that being said I also dont have a lot of run time on these yet either. They are literally the strongest looking links that I could find and they do look cool.
