I am thanking about getting a tc4 rc car what do I need to know befor I buy one I don't know a bout electric rc cars only nitros but my rs4 3 evo broke because the piston pin keeps poping out and the back cover broke and it also needs a exhaust pipe and an engine because I tryed to fix it but it got worse so I want to switch to electric rc. Thank you

Electric is much simpler to use than nitro. There really isn't much after run maintenance needed other than to put the batteries into a storage mode and to blow the dirt off of the rig.

You will want to buy a good balance charger and 2 or 3 extra batteries. I use a Venom Procharger Plus and really like it. For batteries, I would recommend Turnigy for a LiPo. If you're racing, you will also need a LiPo charging sack.

This is pretty ironic these are the same items i bought about 2 1/2 weeks ago the charger is awesome and the batteries get about 20-25 min of run time in my cc sidewinder 5700kv Rustler VXL
