I don't understand anyone, who decreases the performance of their vehicle on purpose. :rolleyes:
It's the whole "look at me" mentality. I was always way more impressed with the guys that built badass cars, then left them looking completely stock, with quiet exhaust. A friend of mine put a super quiet supercharger on his Mustang. It was a beast of a car, but you couldn't tell it until he took off.

Yup. I never could do that because I always had to have long tubes, and a throaty crossover and catback. It's not as fun going fast in a car that ain't screamin at ya.

I had to tune my full tube Alston 65 drag stang by temp gun per cylinder. To loud to tune by ear. 14-1 compression kinda idea..
