So I was cutting out a hole over my tmaxx fuel tank when SNAP...my dremel cut-off disc exploded. I knew it was a cheap one, not the reinforced disc, but what I'm trying to say is, WEAR GLASSES! It bounced off my eyebrow! I guess I won't take that little dremel for granted next time. I'm so used to grinding, cutting, welding at work that I just never thought to follow a simple procedure that has become automatic to me on the job. :whhooo:

Good advice, always wear safety glasses. Those carbon discs explode, lol. I prefer the diamond blades for my dremel, they never break, but I still wear safety glasses.

Good tip. I learned this one the hard way too .What's bad, is I'm getting older and my eyesight is getting worse so I'm constantly pulling the 35,000 RPM cutting wheel closer to my eyes so's I can see what I'm cutting LOL.
