It’s true 5 scale can get exspensive, I’ve sold so much that I accumulated over the years to help with my taylorized sod throwing beasts , that by the way are in no way sluggish off the line , I’ve been in this addiction for 30 years , owned all that there is and sold it and got what’s ever new , x max rules the electric field I don’t care what anybody says , build it right and fotgftabouit, but a Taylor powered RC is more exciting than anything there is , everytime I run my 5 scale rigs I feel like I’ve gotten away with a serious time or something , the only rc’s I have that compare to Taylor power is my kraken 12s trophy truck , that is if I can keep it on the ground , but don’t get me wrong here , I own a Kraton 8s , Kraton 6s , and the flipping like crazy Arrma notorious, wich is completely different than my outcast 8s they all keep me very entertained, even after 30 years of the rc war inside my head !!!!😂😂😂😂 Here’s a picture of one of my walls of insanity

Cool collection you have, I also like your X-Maxx and i agree with your statement about modern electric cars it's the main reason i've stayed electric so far. I plan to get my 3rd and final X-Maxx which will be the new Ultimate model like this one i might get some M2C, Spektrum and other upgrades for it when i get the truck later this year or next year.

Big surprise, Horizon doing Horizon things.

That's why I really limit what I buy from them these days when I can. I have had too many of there cars, trucks and quads get discontinued and then the parts support is gone in what feels like less than one calendar year.

Traxxas has proved time and time again that you can release new models but still support the older units for what seems like eternity in this little world of tiny machines.

I really appreciate that if I had held on to my Stampede 4x4 VXL from 2013 I could still get parts for it.

Can't say that about a Vaterra Halix from the same generation.

I saw power hobbies has some ding n dent 5t’s , that’s a shock $1399
