You should be making a complaint about it as well, the more that complain the better the chances of nailing his ass to the wall

This is kinda long, but here it is:
The below is a brief summary of event as they have unfolded.

On Friday evening I emailed a seller from ebay known as"Georgio S" requesting information about the item he was selling. On Saturday 040905 @ approximately 0939 hrs. I received an email from same. I reviewed the photos he sent and emailed him back w/ my cell phone # asking him to call me so I could go over some questions I had. At approximately 1000 hrs. he made contact with me. We discussed the item at hand and payment. I asked about his having "Paypal" as a method of payment and he stated that it would be fine, but he had just set it up. I asked about his lack of feedback and his new account status, he said he signed up just to sell the car.
I proceeded to watch the auction and consequentially won the auction. I attempted to pay shortly after the ending of the auction(I always pay upon completion), but was unable do to him not specifying a shipping amount. I then sent him an email informing him of same, and told him I would await his response, or he could call me. Today @ approximately 2030 hrs. I called him to resolve this issue. He informed me that he wanted me to deposit funds into his bank account. I said that was not possible, that "Paypal" was the accepted method of payment as per his statement on the auction. Therefore "Paypal" was the only method I would use via my Discover card. He then began to say he was in the process of getting verified and it would take a few days, but we could do COD. Again I informed him that we would stay with the auction specified Paypal system. He said he would call me back the next day. Approximately 10-12 minutes later he called me back asking if I could pay him thru his email account, independent of Ebay. He Said "Let's not do it thru Ebay, I just closed my Ebay account, I only opened it to sell the car, so I don't care. You can go to my email and pay me $1500. dollars". I asked why he referred to "$1500", when the auction ended @ $1225!? He then said"oh you're the guy who won it on Ebay, I thought you were someone else". I said," Hello! I'm the guy who won your auction", what are you trying to pull?".He said he had to get $1500 for the buggy, even though it auctioned for $1225. I said the auction price is it or nothing. I then told him that I was thru dealing with him and he could try and sell his car to someone else.

I'm sending this summary FYI so that you will be informed in two areas: 1, I will NOT be following thru with this auction, as this individual has changed the terms of an agreement and informed me that he has closed his account. 2nd, I believe that this person may be attempting to perpetrate a fraud by attempting to re-direct funds outside of Ebay. I hope this will in no way affect my good standing on Ebay. I request a prompt response,
Sincerely,
Kyle Vogt

What, you didn't sign it "Sgt. Blamo"?!?!?

Good letter. Should get someone's attention.

i agree i just noticed that he relisted the xb8 i thought it was suspicious when he emailed me then when he asked to put money in his bank account i guess I'm still looking for a xb8 thanks

I don't know what to think of him. He seems too dumb to be a scammer. Sunday evening around 2045 hrs is when I told him to sell it to someone else. I told him there was no way I was going to pay him $275 more than the auction I WON! Hello, Mcfly!!!
I can't wait till his feedback gets posted !!!!! It's very hnoest!
Miamifanatic,
You ought to email Ebay security about your dealings with him and his offers to you. Funny thing is, after the auction, I had a strange feeling about it, just didn't feel wright. I just hope Ebay is on top of it and that it doesn't effect my hard earned rating.

Your feedback was already showing when I posted the new link to the new auction.

he left negative feedback on you. try calling ebay about it, or use squaretrade to get it erased. I've never had to do it personally, but I've been told it can be done.

mate this guy must be an absotute wanker
excuse the exspression, but there is no way i would put up with that blemish

Well, I can't exactly kick his ass, Although I'd like to! He's in NY, just a tad bit beyond where I'd be willin ta travel over something like this. I notified ebay, we'll see what happens.

WANKER WANKER WANKER........I SAID WANKER

does that make me one too?
Hey sarge just be happy in knowing you didn't get screwed...

Ya, I jus wish I could crush da gurlyman!!
I just tried to email a complaint to ebay and when I entered the item no#, it said I must enter a valid item no#,(I cpied & pasted it) HMMMM, what's up with that?!

And the same guy who was bidding on it last time is bidding again, I wonder if he noticed the negative feedback yet, how thwseller went from 0, to -1!

Use this link to go about getting the negative feedback he left you removed. He admitted his guilt in his feedback he left you.

In the last paragraph the is a like that reads "contact us". This will take you to the page you need to fill out.

Hope this helps.

We should all email him about this issue--tell him he is insane
