i dont know what is up with the is servo, but the steering is backwards. i just got it in the mail yesterday brand new works fine but backwards. i tried turning it around but the connector isn't long enough.

when i turn the wheel left it goes right and vice versa. an

anyone know what to do about this?

2 choices. The easiest one since you have a comp radio is to simply reverse the steering servo direction on the transmitter. That would take care of it.
If you're overly curious about why this servo runs backwards, compare the plug wiring to the wiring of the previous servo. My guess is that the positive and negative wires are in the opposite configuration on the new servo.

your radio should have a servo direction reverse on it...just read the directions....you'll probably find all kinds of other features you can use as well....like end point adj.....

damn that simple uh? i geuss i should have read the manual. I'm still a 3 month n00b. i figured it was a servo issue so i didn't bother to check the manual. thanks guys. a whole grip of goods came in the mail in one day. ofna linkage kit, new servo, temp gun, and 3 spur gears.
tower hobbies charged me $4.00 to ship a linkage kit and it took more than 7 days to get it. whats up with that? i could have shipped the weight of the linkage kit to europe in 7 days for $4. i bought the servo, temp gun, and 3 spur gears monday and got them thursday.
