RC Driving Style
Seen a jr xs3 radio @ 40 mhz model on e-bay. Can any one tell me if this rf is legal in the us. If so what are any good or bads about this rf. Thanks.
 
US legal frequencies for RC is 27 and 74 in both AM and FM only. 40 is a no-no. I think thats tooo close to RC Airplanes Frequency.
 
40 is not a licensed radio freq in the states. Has to do with interference with utilities and 1:1 aircraft.
 
You would make the 747's deviate from their flight path ... J/K. I really woudn't know what would happen. I do know that you'll get in trouble though.
