I had an idea for an r/c jet car, First i wanted to buy a kit and but it together and somehow put an r/c airplane turbine engine in it. I think it would be pretty cool but not shure if it would work. I would have to make to car really heavy to keep it on the ground, but i would like to attempt to make it, but not sometime soon.

It could work, but you'd have to custom fabricate the whole car. Not to mention keeping aerodynamics in mind. Also, hope you have about $2000 at the minimum, r/c jet engines aren't cheap.

I've Seen people put rockets on the back of a stampede(I think) and use the third channel to light rockets and t really propelled that car....I'll ry to dig up that link later

I think you should do that. If the big event does not work out as you had planned, at least the resulting fire would be a crowd pleaser.
